Speak or Facilitate at an upcoming 2009 Conference
The Global Benchmarking Council (GBC) meets several times each year to discuss business trends and issues in corporate performance, benchmarking and continuous improvement across functional areas and industries. We host manager- to V.P.-level executives sharing how they achieve success in implementing a strategy/project. Presentations usually include: a discussion of best practices, tactics, tools, and methodology's employed substantive project outcomes, obstacles encountered, and insightful lessons learned data or metrics to illustrate performance improvement and/or gap closure and the role of benchmarking in the implementation process.
